It would be efficient for this to be corrected as I use this feature for doing my job. This use to work correctly now since update it has not worked.

Yes. This was a sudden and arbitrary change to this feature. Please make it first name last name again. Additionally, the address comes in on the same line as the name, instead of the universally acknowledged address format.
