More "Bulk Action" options in Case Docs (Party and Tags)

Currently, "Bulk Action" in Case Docs only lets you change the date, category, type, and staff created. You should be able to bulk change any document detail, not just those 4 (which seem to be somewhat random). Specifically, I need to be able to bulk change the party and tags.

    I came on to say that being able to use the Bulk Action for tags would be super helpful
