Ability to flag "bad" (redundant or advertisement) Ideas & Enhancements for Neos to delete

I am seeing more and more "Ideas & Enhancements" that are actually just advertisements from random users trying to get people to use their business. This is clearly not the point of Neos' "Ideas and Enhancement" page.

There should be a way to flag this type of "Idea" for Neos to be able to delete it. The more "Ideas" there are, the less likely people are to actually go through them and vote, which makes the entire concept futile.

There should also be a way to flag duplicate or redundant Ideas. Not everyone actually searches through the Ideas before posting to make sure their Idea hasn't already been posted. If votes are spread out between different posts with the same idea, it isn't an accurate reflection.
