Provide a more descriptive error message in lay terms

When attempting to modify the Intake Pro "Intakes Grouped by Stage Dashboard" tile/report by clicking on View Query and adding a date range to the Intake Date Start and End dates, the user is presented with a red toast error "you can not modify or delete the immutable query".
