Include all email addresses in the dropdown list when emailing documents

Currently on email address relating to the case we are working on are in the dropdown list. I would ALL contacts in Neos to be in the dropdown list. Better yet, ALL email addresses in my Outlook could be in the dropdown list. Currently I often have to manually type email address.
