Add another entry on the Value Entry page

Please add a create new or add another entry option to the Value Entry page so that we do not have to go back to the main value tab to add more transactions. Bonus points if we can "add for same provider" or "add for other provider."

Adding bills to Neos is a lot faster than it was in old Needles, but it's still a good bit more time consuming than it could be.
