Ideas & Enhancements
Would be useful to edit the information that displays on each tab within a case. The only option now is to add User Defined info but there are way too many fields in the default Tab Setups & it ends up being extremely cluttered. I would like to be able to edit my firm's layout to display the information we actually need & use. Would also like to change the order in which Tabs display within a case.
