It would be great to have an activity feed for just the provider card information - like address, name, phone number, etc. When replacing duplicates, it can sometimes be hard to determine which card has the most updated information. It often takes looking at the cases the provider is attached to and when that was created.
It's also helpful to determine if someone changed information they shouldn't have changed and to hold them accountable.
