The Notes tab and notes are deficient, inefficient, and insufficient. All notes made anywhere in a case under any tab should be cc to the note tab, with a label from which the note tab came. This would allow better centralized control of case information. Notes should allow functionality similar to word in which you can post pictures, videos, hyperlinks
when adding a photo you should be able to see a preview of the photo as you can preview the note.
