Able to tag emails en masse for one case; often get several emails in one day for one case during mediation/settlement negotiations/trial prep especially when multiple defendants
This would be a huge time-saver, especially for the cases that involve multiple counsel with a lot of back and forth discussion by email.
Our firm was promised this would be added to Neos when we were in the process of considering moving from Needles 5 over to Neos. The promise of this feature was a big reason we ended up taking the leap. I have seen other case management systems that do already have this feature implemented. Please make this a priority.
