Ability to search for ONLY open files / search default to open files

When searching for cases, please provide an option to filter out closed cases or leads etc... Or make the results default to open cases only. So much time is wasted accidentally pulling up closed cases or saving emails etc. to closed cases, and then having to go back and delete them and add to correct case. Please!

It would be helpful if when searching for cases, there was an option to only search open files or closed files or both. It's a bit frustrating looking up a client that has 5 files in the system and 4 of the 5 are closed. It would be great to have ...
