Autofill Recipients When Emailing a Note

The ability to automatically have the Recipients field be filled with a preset of emails would hasten the process for firms that need to frequently send emails internally.

Example: You need to email 5 users in your firm and send them a Note from Neos. Having their names autofill or be selectable despite not being on the Case would reduce the processing time by bounds.
