Allow Multiple Create New Message Tabs at Once

In Neos currently, whenever you have a new message that has yet to be sent, and try to type a new message to a different recipient, the first message and all the data in it gets deleted. It would make things a lot easier for many firms if they could have several New Message tabs open at once.
