Unless you look to see if there are notes and/or documents, they are not copied and will be deleted. This is huge when it comes to expert witnesses. Also copy over the notes and documents when merging a provider into another.
Yes this is a huge issue for our firm! You have to remember to check those other tabs, then if there are notes and documents, you have to manually move each one individually.
There is also no way to efficiently copy data from any field other than address and contact info when merging 2 providers.
