Needles today should auto refresh itself or at least prompt a refresh

Needles Today doesn't prompt you to refresh or update after you've made a change. You have to close it out and reopen to have a checklist change reflected. Previously, it would allow you go Save or give you a response to refresh the screen. Now there is a lengthy delay or it never comes at all.
