Neos user defined case tabs - display more contact/provider fields in addition to address and phone number

Any tab where you have a contact/provider Name lookup field, the linked provider only shows the person's name, address, phone, email and AKA. We'd like more info from that provider to be visible from the case.

Example: We have a List/Entry tab for keeping track of witnesses in each case. So we create a new contact for a witness 911 caller, and add to our user-defined "notes" field in the contact to only reach that person after 10am. Then we go into the case and link that provider in the witness tab. We want everyone viewing that witness info from the case witness tab to also see the note about best time to call the witness without having to separately open up the contact.
