Neos: add permission to block users from changing the "Case Name" field which then changes the SharePoint folder name

Please add a permission that lets us limit the ability to edit this field. The only permission available is to restrict editing ability to the entire "Case" tab which does not help because everyone needs to be able to edit fields on that tab.

the term "Case Name" is very similar to "Case Title" so it's a vague and confusing name

the "Case Name" field is also right at the top so it would be easy to accidentally edit that field while making edits elsewhere on the tab accidentally
