Certification of service Paragraph - counsel name

This was posted over the summer. The issue was fixed and then about a couple a months ago, after an update, this is now an issue again.

Since the update in June, defense counsel name is appearing improperly. The name is now appearing last name first, first name last. This working fine before the release and when I called in it (thinking is was a glitch with the update), I was told this was done to be designed this way. This needs to fixed, I've never seen an attorneys name listed like this on pleading documents.
