The Ability to Edit/Remove the Automatic Note from New Case Calendar Entries

Whenever a new case calendar entry is created, a small table with information on the case (case number, party, court, docket, etc) will be prepended to the Note section. This occurs even if there is something added to the note itself already. Please add the ability to either disable the option or to edit what gets added.
