All reports totaling amount DTF should have the refund subtracted. None currently do this.
When sending the total costs on a case to an attorney during mediation or any other time, refunds should be automatically subtracted to give the correct amount.
In addition to this, the Expense Analysis Report and the Case Listing with Value Total By Code are not pulling up the correct DTF
