The negotiation tab should let you pull the carrier from insurance and then allow multiple entries of negotiations and counter. It's to complicated, it needs to be simple and fast. That is why the attorneys do not use it at my office.
I rate needles as user friendly a 2 out of 10.
There is allot of waste on this software. It can be 30 times better if the architect was a good PI person.
Agree! I am required to use it and its extremely time consuming specially when there is more than one party involved in that specific case.
can't agree more...on all points.... as an attorney, I my thinking should be 99% on what I'm doing rather than 80% on HOW to do something...
