Be able to have the same category for all attachments being saved to neos from an outlook email

Sometimes I attach a lot of documents to an email. When I save them, I manually have to select the type/category for each document on the needles tab on the side of Outlook. A lot of times, all documents are the same type. It would be nice to be able to select the same type/category for all attachments to an email like we are able to do when we manually drag in multiple documents to neos.
