I would like to propose having unlimited Neos Today Dashboards for either the entire firm or for the admins at each firm. Neos Today Dashboards make it seamless to optimize and individualize workflows while being able to monitor KPIs for each team and auxiliary department at a glance. The Open Dashboards do not integrated well with the advanced searches and are not readily in each team's view when they open Neos. Utilization of the information within the advanced searches has significantly increased and case quality has improved as we have created them; however, as we grow, we have discovered that we are capped at 23 Individualized Neos Today Dashboards.

I agree the Open Dashboard tab is nowhere near as customizable as the custom Today Dashboards
For a large firm who wants each attorney and case manager to have their own dashboards, limited dashboards are not acceptable or appropriate. Admins should be able to create as many dashboards as needed.
