Accessibility

Is your question addressed in the online help?
NO
If receiving an error or having an issue, what is the exact error or describe the issue.
I don't know if this qualifies as something that can be resolved, but if not please take it as a suggestion.I am ONLY seeking to impact things for my login and not something that would affect any other users at the firm.

I believe my administrator has locked settings for users and so, I can't seem to experiment with any accessibility settings -- If there are any accessibility features I don't know what they are nor how to find it.

Using Google Chrome, if you have to zoom in or out to see text, it changes your neous -- this is really cumbersome because if I am in the checklist tab for example, then I cannot see my tabs in a single glance.

I can't seem to access a horizontal scroll bar ( even through Chrome's default settings) -- even so, a scroll bar would defeat the alignment associated with the label for example if there is a code, assigned person, task, and due date.

Is it possible to create double spacing between each row within each checklist item or to differentiate the rows with color (all even numbered rows are gray while odd numbered rows are blue for example) Can the same be done for case note entries, the dashboard entries, etc?

Another example is when I am creating entries under the note tab. You can see the note as a side panel and changing the zoom using Chrome (CTRL + or CTRL -) can impair your ability to use the save function because a view that is too zoomed in means you lose viability.

When you double click on a case note entry, the entry note view is much bigger, but you have to manually change the text to a larger size.

Having these abilities would really make Neous more user friendly and inclusive. I am providing this feedback in the hopes that people of all vision capabilities can benefit from your software while maintaining a high productivity level
