Allow Zip Files to Open in 7-Zip Program Instead of Auto-Download

In Trialworks, I was able to click on a zip link and directly open a folder in 7-zip to review my documents. With Neos, when I click on the link, I have to download it first, then go to the folder and open it. This needlessly takes up server space, and is an extra step I should not have to take. Neos seems to be going backwards in terms of technology - not forwards.
