Phone logs/notes saved to multiple providers in one step

We'd like to be able to log a phone call for a case and connect that note to multiple individual providers in one step for more accurate data collection

we'd like to efficiently and accurately record all of the people on the call without having to type out their names

for example a death case where we represent multiple parties, the only way I can document which clients were on the call is by typing out their names in the note itself

or if you have a conference call with multiple other entities like co-counsel, client, and an expert witness - I want to be able to quickly check a box to indicate who was on the call and use all the typing space just for typing my notes so I can focus on the content of the call
