We have a suggestion you may want to consider: work on creating a blank link from a case, from Neos, to be able to send to clients to upload medical records etc.

Additionally, another suggestion is to be able to create a link from Neos with multiple documents existing in Neos to email as a link to opposing counsel as Response to Request for Produce, for example.

P.S. Currently, I go through SharePoint and use OneDrive for these tasks.
