Add Time Zone Field to Custom Time Function of Scheduling an Email

The ability to schedule an email is nice but there is one small issue with it. Neos uses the time zone in the staff profile to determine the proper delivery time.

If I work from a different time zone, I will have to remember this fact when setting up the emails. Is it possible to add a time zone field to the Schedule Email (all options or at least Custom Time) that either reminds us of the current time zone or lets us change it?
