Cannot open in Outlook without entering a recipient.

After 6/29 update, Neos requires a recipient to be entered into the field for the user to open the email in Outlook. This was not the case prior to today. This is considered worse because of the stored emails. Outlook has more stored emails than what Neos lists. Sending emails in Outlook is preferred because a new note is not created when emailing.
