When using Send Email in Neos, give us the option as to whether to post the PDF version of a Word document to the case

When you send a Word document via email in Neos, you can have Neos convert the Word doc to PDF. We would like the option as to whether to include that PDF document (an exact duplicate of the Word document) to the Documents tab. It not only is a duplicate, but it can drastically increase the size of the files in our SharePoint and potentially max out our current storage.
