Tagging Notes and Documents

Currently neos has the option to tag an email and attach a document which is then saved in the case documents. Also, a case document can be link to a provider listed in the records/request tab, which is then saved in the case document tab. Both of these fetures are seperate, so in the instance where a document corresponds to both an email, and a provider you can only link it to one or the other, but not both. Is there a way to be able to link a document from the case document tab, to any corresponding Notes or Records/Request Entries.
