Checklist items to follow up with outside referral Attorney via email

  • Neos Automation should be able to send an automated email to the referred to email address in a case to get status updates.

  • The email should include a link to the case in Neos so that the recipient can easily view the case details.

  • The recipient's reply to the email should be added as a note to the case in Neos and notify primary staff person.

Benefits:

  • This feature would help to improve communication between our firm using Neos and the referred to Attorney.

  • It would also help to keep track of the status of cases and ensure that they are being resolved in a timely manner.

  • Adding Lim warnings to referred to email along with primary staff person.

Implementation:

  • The automated email could be triggered by a workflow rule in Neos.

  • The workflow rule could be configured to send the email after a certain period of time has elapsed since the case was created.

  • The email could be sent using the Neos Automation e-mailer with reply to being the Neos system to file the email back to the case.
