Button to Associate Contacts with Case through Address Book or Related Contacts

Since you can access Related Contacts in a case, it makes the Case Contacts partially redundant. However, without that tab, there is no way to add contacts to a case. There should be either a way to relate additional contacts to the case through the Related Contacts in the particular case or in the Address Book outside of the cases.
