I envision when setting up the certificate of service for the firm that, you can select what is included with checkboxes.
For instance:

Full Name
Firm Name
Default Mailing Address
Fax
Party Representing

You could make a firm-wide selection under settings of which of these items to include.
Some firms fax everything. Some firms email everything. Some firms snail mail everything. Being able to select what your firm's default is would keep users from having to delete the methods their firm doesn't use.
My firm just does
Attorney Name
Firm Name
Parties Representing
There's no way to set it up that way now, so we have to modify every certificate.
Also, hopefully, NEOs doesn't list separate entries for attorneys who represent multiple clients like 5.0 does. 4.x was much better at listing one lock with multiple parties listed in the parties represented line.
