This function currently only exists in individual cases. There are users who would like it to be available from the Browse documents tab to search the entirety of their database at once.

We need to add search contents of files to the browse documents tab. Paralegals depend on access to documents for samples and research. Without it we are not being productive and are losing valuable time.
This is desperately needed. We search for old documents and forms daily for samples and research, especially in litigation. It is nearly impossible to do so efficiently in Neos. We do not necessarily know which case they may be in or what the name of the documents are. If you can search by content, then we would be able to find items quickly and easily making our jobs much easier.

I would love to be able to search content, e.g. type in part of a question from interrogatories and browse documents that have that language. Example below:
"Identify all United States statutes, state statutes, city ordinances, county ordinances, and all other governmental laws, rules or regulations which you contend the propounder of these interrogatories violated with respect to the incident giving rise to this lawsuit."
Just a snippet of the question such as "city ordinances" or "identify all United States statutes" contained within a document would be a great help in locating possible examples containing language how someone else responded. Most discovery questions or redundant, but occasionally we get asked questions that confuse us in how to respond.
