Reporting number of case by event

create a report that allows you to get a case count by the event verses the Neos case number. An event or DOI May have 10 Plaintiffs who have their own Neos case number but it is still considered one event or one case. I need to add the companion cases and single party cases together for a total case count. Right now it separates the two and over states my count.
