Neos should provide the option to allow users to choose if time entries appear in both the value tab, and time tab, or if they will only appear in the time tab.
Currently, since entries appear in both tabs, clients may be charged an incorrect amount. For example, Neos will charge clients for attorney fees time entries when you may not want to charge the time entries.
Who ever set up that problem function did not realize that 85 % of the Neos users charge on a continent fee basis not on an hourly basis. Not understanding that if a client pulls a contingency case and you have to go to fee arbitration you have to provide your time and the amount ordinarily charged for the tasks performed by the law firm. The function should be exactly the opposite.
