The "Send Email" Button in the Notes Tab Should Have More Info Filled In Initially.

In notes tab, when you hit "Send Email" at the top right, the window pops up. All of the information is blank though. The subject line should be filled in to include at least the case name and number.

Also, the dropdown email should include all party members to the case, and all staff listed in Neos.
