Neos should integrate not just ring central calling but ring central texting as well. Many ring central phone numbers also have texting implemented. When a client text a ring central phone it should automatically go into the client file that way you do not have to text the client from multiple numbers.
This would be great! Right now, sms goes from emails, and some cell providers for particular poor people don't allow sms from emails. Coming from RingCentral would be perfect, and centralize incoming and outgoing sms mesages.
