Neos should create a customizable email for each case or something similar in which it can send to adjusters and or medical providers that comes directly into NEO's without having to go into your outlook email and then having to upload into neos or using the neos plug in
agree, simple template approach; nothing difficult about that; and Neos should allow users to set up email groups within a case, clients and staff, staff and all counsel, all counsel and the judge, etc
