Medical Countdown Timer and follow up timer

Each medical record requested the user or admin should have an automatically include a countdown for when that record is due by so example 15 days and then each day it ticks down and if its not receive the medical manager should be made aware. Also a reminder to follow up in said requested is not acknowledged should be put in as well. This would help alot of attorneys that hate dealing with medical records alot.
