Ideas & Enhancements
Most of the time attachments come with names that are not appropriate, we have a specific name we give to documents and it defeats the purpose of having to go back to the system, look up the folder and rename the document when it could have been done when tagging the email since we can send the attachment/document directly to the folders. why not go a little further and complete the cycle? This feature will improve efficiency and will save the user time.
