BEING ABLE TO RECIEVE EMAILS DIRECTLY INTO NEOS CASEFILE - WHEN CAN MAIL OUT BUT DO NOT RECIEVE EMAILS IN AUTOMATICALLY (IF THIS COULD BE SOLVED IT WOULD BE IN)

As it stands we are able to email out of NEOs but if someone responds to said email back it does not allow go into the case file. Can we please fix that.
