Do not allow Zeros (0) Dollar Values to Auto Populate in the Values Tab

We need a workaround for the dollar amounts that auto populate in the Award Tab's Fields. It auto populates zero dollar amounts which throws off my reports.

Steps Taken to Identify Issue

-connected via t.v.

-walked through her user defined settings for the 'Awards' Tab she has set up in a case

-she showed me how the $ valued fields will auto-populate Zeros when they click or 'tab' over those fields and she does not want this to happen as it disrupts their reports

-we tried testing in private browsing and after clearing cookies, no changes

-i tried to recreate the User Defined Tab and it produced the same results

-confirmed with Matt B that this is just how those fields operates and unfortunately there is no work around at this time and that is just how those fields function currently
