AUTO REFRESH ON CHECKLIST AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO SET THE CHECK LIST ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH EACH STAGE THE CASE IS IN WITHOUT HAVING TO FILTER

When a case is pushed into being a new case the first phase/class should show up with just the check list items associated with the first phase/class without having to filter and hit open. It should be preset and then if someone wished to filter further they can. This would help staff from feeling overwhelmed.
