Make Calls Logs Sync Instantly (otherwise ring central is pointless) also an automatic message note which shows up and voice mail storage

It takes 2 hours for ring central call log to sync with NEO instead of instantly. For those of us who handle alot of PI calls this defeats the entire purpose because by time the calls syncs we dont remember who called or what the call is a back. Additionall a better pop out box when someone calls the the soft phone pops up over the other tabs and we have to minimize it which can get pretty annoying.
