QuickBooks Integrator - Add customization for the order of how info is placed in the Memo Field on checks

Add the ability for users to change what order the memo field info is placed in the memo field in checks within the Neos Integrator. Currently the memo field fills in as Neos memo field info/case #/ Name and does not allow the user to change how or what info is placed in this field.
