As soon as the update was complete, it became clear that something had gone horribly wrong. PI assistants quickly discovered that the update had introduced a series of baffling and infuriating changes that caused the efficiency that NEOS is known for to go out the window! We can't separate meds by client and I'm finding myself reverting to a calculator instead. Seems as if NEOS took various steps backwards instead of succeeding forward.
