There a way to set this up with Twilio and if we just have to provide a phone number to point it to along with a CC for the minutes we are in favor of making this happen ASAP. This is confusing enough for our clients and when they try calling it and they get a message that the number is disconnected, or call cannot be completed as dialed they just can't quite grasp the concept of this is only a texting number. We spend a ton of money on branding and providing a white glove treatment to our clients but the little things like this feature (not able to call the txt number) are making clients angry seems to be undoing the everything we are trying to accomplish.
