we seem to get more of the HEIC filetypes and trying to send as a PDF just send the HEIC file and maxes out the email size very quickly. so if Neos could add an auto Converter of HEIF/HEIC and HEVC formats to PDF or Jpeg it would help our staff be able to send these files.
